Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Deposit Policy

No advance payment required. The fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel within 1 day before arrival.

No Show Policy

In case of No-Show 100% of first night will be charged.

Child Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room as we do not provide rollaway beds or folder beds into any of our rooms. Children over the age of 2 years old will be charged for the use of existing bedding.

Check-in Policy

Check-in starts after 2 PM early check in maybe available - please check with property prior to arrival.
» If you need check in after 6-00PM. Please call 026382 3444 to us for key and Payment arrangement.

Other Policy

» Pets other than Guide Dogs, are not allowed in rooms and Parking area and if found you will incur a $300 per night extra charge.
» No Party Functions in Room or Premises.
» SMOKING is strictly forbidden inside Rooms
